Tom has had the opportunity to work for both large and small companies in the areas of Finance, Retail, Insurance and Home Building. He has studied and retained the positive cultural and service aspects that made these companies successful and taken these pearls with him with each forward motion. From his experiences, Tom felt a pull to carved out his own path, formulating his unique vision to launch Aspire Tiny Homes in 2019. His passion is to collaborate with others, and his expertise has become all things tiny design and construction! Tom firmly believes that we must "serve" in order to lead both others and ourselves to the place we aspire to in life.
